I ordered this machine for our office last year. Considering the hight price, I thought the machine would make good coffee. I was wrong. Coffee is half-water. There is very little foam. We use Illy coffee, so I don't think that the type of coffee is the problem. I used cheaper, plastic espresso machines in the past that produced much better coffee. I asked a professional barman to check the machine and he couldn't believe how come this machine produced so bad coffee. He said that the pressure might be too low. Pasquini Livietta isn't worth the price, actually any price.
